This Refund Policy explains the terms and conditions under which Miravexalion ("we", "us", or "our") processes refunds for educational services purchased through our platform at miravexalion.com.

General Refund Principles

We are committed to providing high-quality educational experiences. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible for a refund according to the conditions outlined in this policy.

Eligibility for Refunds

Individual Online Sessions

Refunds for individual sessions are available under the following conditions:

  • Cancellation made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session time qualifies for a full refund
  • Cancellation made less than 24 hours before the session qualifies for a 50% refund
  • No-show without prior cancellation notification does not qualify for any refund
  • If the instructor cancels or fails to attend, a full refund or complimentary rescheduling will be provided

Group Online Sessions

Group session refunds follow these guidelines:

  • Cancellation made at least 48 hours before the first scheduled session qualifies for a full refund
  • Cancellation made between 24-48 hours before the first session qualifies for a 75% refund
  • Cancellation made less than 24 hours before the first session qualifies for a 50% refund
  • No refunds are provided after the first session has commenced
  • If a group session is cancelled by us, participants will receive a full refund or the option to join an alternative session

Course Packages and Learning Paths

For multi-session courses or personalized learning paths:

  • Full refund available if cancellation occurs within 7 days of purchase and before accessing more than 20% of the course content
  • Partial refund calculated on a pro-rata basis for unused sessions if cancellation occurs within 14 days of purchase
  • No refunds after 14 days from purchase date or after accessing more than 20% of course materials
  • Technical issues preventing access to purchased content will be resolved or refunded in full

Subscription Services

For ongoing subscription-based access:

  • Monthly subscriptions may be cancelled at any time, with access continuing until the end of the current billing period
  • No partial refunds for unused portions of the current billing period
  • Annual subscriptions may be cancelled within 30 days of initial purchase for a pro-rata refund of unused months
  • After 30 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable but may be cancelled to prevent future charges

Non-Refundable Items

The following purchases are not eligible for refunds:

  • Downloadable materials, resources, or digital products once accessed or downloaded
  • Completed sessions or courses that have been fully delivered
  • Gift certificates or promotional credits
  • Third-party services or materials purchased through our platform
  • Administrative or processing fees where applicable

Technical Issues and Service Interruptions

Our Responsibility

If you experience technical difficulties due to platform issues on our end:

  • We will offer a complimentary rescheduling of the affected session
  • If rescheduling is not acceptable, a full refund for the affected session will be provided
  • Extended outages affecting course access will result in subscription extensions or prorated refunds

User Responsibility

Refunds are not provided for technical issues caused by:

  • Inadequate internet connectivity on the user's end
  • Incompatible devices or outdated software
  • User error or failure to follow technical requirements
  • Third-party service interruptions beyond our control

Refund Processing

Approval and Timeline

Once your refund request is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of approval
  • The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase
  • Depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the funds to appear in your account

Partial Refunds

In some cases, partial refunds may be granted:

  • For course packages where some content has been accessed
  • When service quality issues affected only a portion of the purchased content
  • For late cancellations within the grace period specified above
  • The specific refund amount will be calculated based on the circumstances and communicated clearly

Rescheduling as an Alternative

Instead of a refund, you may choose to reschedule your session or transfer to a different course:

  • Individual sessions may be rescheduled once without penalty if notice is provided at least 24 hours in advance
  • Course transfers to equivalent or lower-value offerings may be arranged within 30 days of purchase
  • Account credits may be issued in lieu of refunds for future use on our platform
  • Rescheduling and transfer options are subject to instructor and course availability

Disputed Charges

If you identify an unauthorized or incorrect charge:

  • Provide transaction details and explanation of the discrepancy
  • We will investigate and respond within 5 business days
  • Verified errors will be corrected and refunded promptly
  • We encourage resolving disputes directly with us before initiating chargebacks with your financial institution

We understand that unexpected circumstances occur. In cases of medical emergencies or other serious situations:

  • Contact us as soon as possible to explain your situation

Special terms apply to promotional or discounted purchases:

  • Discounted services follow the same refund eligibility criteria as regular-priced offerings
  • Refund amounts are based on the actual amount paid, not the original undiscounted price
  • Free trial sessions or complimentary content are not eligible for refunds
  • Bundle offers may have specific refund restrictions outlined at the time of purchase
